Seal Coating protects the asphalt from weather, gas, oil and traffic.  
For best results, two coats of Star Sealer are usually recommended.  
Star Sealer meets MI-DOT specifications.  Silica sand is added for
increased traction and Macro-Flex rubber additive for increased
durability.

Crack Filling is another service we offer.  Pavement is a costly
investment and proper crack sealing can prolong the life of this
investment.  Water seepage through cracks deteriorates the asphalt.  If
left untreated, cracks multiply and cause expensive repairs and
repaving.  Crafco is the type of rubber we use for asphalt crack filling.  
There are two ways to crack fill:  routing and blow and go.  Routing is
used for larger cracks in pavement that is not badly deteriorated.  
Routing is using a machine to cut into the asphalt and make the crack
wider so more rubber can be added.  Overband is for smaller cracks
and simply means blow the crack clean and apply the rubber.

Striping makes your parking lot stand out and contributes to the
customer safety.  Sherwin-Williams Set Fast Paint is used for the stripes
and stencils.  In optimal conditions, this paint dries in thirty minutes,
allowing your customers back on the lot sooner.
